ENROLMENT DETAILS
Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrollment fee, you will be able to complete the theory modules for the course right away, if applicable, and a practical course date will be booked.
All courses must be paid in full 10 days prior to any practical training session.
You will be issued a certificate upon successful completion of your course which will allow you to gain insurance.
REFUND POLICY
We have a clear and fair refund policy. A full refund will be offered less the cost of any supporting training materials that have already been despatched (books, DVDs, kits etc) on any training course order that is canceled within 7 days, providing the student has not started/opened the first theory module of the course. Students may cancel the course up to 28 days after ordering, provided they have not started/opened the first theory training module of the course. The refund available in this case is 75% of the cost of the course less the cost of any supporting training material that has already been despatched (books, DVDs, Kits etc). After 28 days of the order, or once students have successfully completed the first theory training module and started the second theory training module, whichever is the soonest, no refund is available.
