Do I need any previous experience?
No, of our Summer Sale courses are perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to add a specific treatment to their existing menu. Any pre-requisites are clearly listed on each course page, so you can book with confidence.
What is the £25 registration fee?
The £25 registration fee is a one-off charge that covers your enrolment onto the course and registration for your GTi Award qualification. This gives you access to your online learning materials and enables your qualification to be processed upon successful completion of the course. A link for this payment will be sent to you after purchasing your chosen course.
Can I spread the cost of my course?
Yes! You can choose to pay in full or split the cost into two payments, making it even easier to invest in your training. Simply select your preferred payment option when booking.
Who will be teaching me?
All of our courses are taught by Lisa, our lead educator and salon owner. With over 20 years of industry experience and a passion for helping others succeed, Lisa creates a friendly, supportive learning environment where you'll feel confident to ask questions, develop your skills and leave ready to put your new qualification into practice.

ENROLMENT DETAILS
Once you have enrolled on your chosen course and paid the required enrollment fee, you will receive immediate access to your online theory modules (where applicable). If your course includes practical training, your practical training date will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Where a deposit payment option is available, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days before your practical training date.
Upon successful completion of your course, you will receive the relevant certificate for your qualification or accreditation.
Please note that online courses are subject to a 14-day cooling-off period, provided no digital course content has been accessed. Full details of our payment, refund and cancellation policy can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
REFUND POLICY
We offer a fair and transparent refund policy. If you purchase an online course, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided you have not accessed or started any digital course content. Once digital learning has been accessed, refunds are no longer available.
For practical training courses, you may cancel within 14 days of booking provided the course has not started. If you have paid a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 10 days before your practical training date. Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in your booking being cancelled and your deposit being retained.
Requests to transfer a practical training date will be considered where possible but are subject to availability and the Academy's discretion. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a practical training course, or failure to attend without prior notice, will normally result in the loss of any fees paid.
If the Academy is required to cancel or postpone a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for complete details
